Un devastante attacco alieno ha distrutto il pianeta Terra grazie a quattro onde (interruzione elettrica, terremoti e tsunami, epidemie, possessione extraterrestre dei corpi umani), impedendo così ogni tentativo di preparazione e resistenza da parte dell'uomo per l'attacco successivo.
