Decide così di ripartire dalla gavetta, approfittando di un insolito programma di stagisti senior promosso dalla start-up About The Fit, un e-commerce di abbigliamento. A Ben viene assegnato il ruolo di assistente della fondatrice dell'azienda, Jules, più giovane di lui di 40 anni. Jules è un control freak perfezionista, incapace di rimanere con le mani in mano, ma la sua vita privata ne risente; intanto la sua iniziale diffidenza verso Ben si tramuta gradualmente in rispetto e ammirazione.
