Ma Styles ha le sue idee e tutta l'energia per reagire. Affidata la famiglia ad Odessa, un uomo di colore (un capo banda di spacciatori che lo stima), egli cerca di scontrarsi con Blake. Il terribile duello finale si svolge in vetta alla struttura dell'edificio in costruzione dove Nick riesce ad eliminarlo.
During his seven years in prison, the murderess and violent Earl Talbot Blake harbors a fierce hatred against the one who imprisoned: the former black cop and deputy district attorney Nick Styles. The first is a ruthless criminal (He enrolled at the Aryan Brotherhood that reigns among the prisoners, especially since the enemy is in color); the other an honest and upright man, who became famous thanks to the mass media, because they had caught Blake.
