Domingo è un sano ragazzone a capo di un gruppo di sbandati nazipunk in cerca di facili emozioni; con la sua sete di giustizia e di tranquillità bada a che nulla di spiacevole accada nel suo quartiere. Purtroppo proprio qui una notte un povero padre, il rag. Gatti alla ricerca della figlia Veronica fuggita di casa, viene fermato da due giovani di una banda rivale; l'uomo finirebbe male se non intervenisse con i suoi amici il coraggioso Domingo ras della zona. Anche per necessità quest'ultimo accetta di aiutare il disperato genitore a ritrovare la figlia. Ma la sua banda, che crede di vedere in lui una certa debolezza, lo abbandona e il nostro ras da solo non riesce assolutamente a trovare la ragazza; anzi combina guai a non finire a procura diverse grane al rag. Gatti. Fortunatamente trova la ragazza alla stazione ma per eccessiva ingenuità se la fa scappare. Poco male, poiché il rag. Gatti gli si è affezionato ed ha, nonostante tutto, fiducia in lui; infatti Domingo, sotto l'apparenza di duro non è altri che un bambinone timido bisognoso di affetto. Veronica intanto ha fatto amicizia proprio con Orson, il capo della banda rivale del nostro ras; questi nuovi amici se ne servono per svaligiarle la casa; ma il rag. Gatti riesce a chiamare Domingo che, con l'aiuto di un Iena, ultima sua conoscenza, mette in fuga i ladri. Alla fine in un duello mozzafiato il nostro eroe riesce a sconfiggere l'odiato Orson; Veronica pentita torna dal padre pronto a perdonarla. Domingo per il suo interessamento alla faccenda riceve in dono dal rag. Gatti una splendida moto con la quale continuerà la sua vita vagabonda tra i suoi stravaganti amici.
