I coniugi Aristide e Letizia Tocchetti, grossi industriali di maiali in quel di Perugia, sono in angustie perché il figlio Michele, rimandato in francese e inglese, rischia di non ottenere il diploma. Con la mediazione di Don Girolamo, i Tocchetti ingaggiano come professoressa "ragazza alla pari" Pamela, che passerà le vacanze estive nella appariscente villa. Nonostante la giovane docente sia reduce da istituto religioso e tenga abituali rapporti con un amante, ella elude pigramente la corte del cavaliere Aristide e quella del colonnello Trombatore, suocero dello stesso; e, in quanto a Michele, trova molto efficace per la sua balbuzie il metodo di lascivi toccamenti.
